The Miami Valley Fire District, Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting sealed proposals for the purchase of five (5) NFPA compliant PPE dryers and five (5) NFPA compliant PPE extractors, which includes all associated prep work for installation of units, until 4:00 P.M. EST on August 27, 2026, at the Miami Valley Fire District Headquarters, 2710 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. The sealed proposals will be read at that hour and place.
Copies of the specifications, proposal and contract forms are available at the Miami Valley Fire District Headquarters, 2710 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 or can be found on the Miami Valley Fire District Website (www.miamivalleyfiredistrict.org) under the “RFP/RFQ” tab.
The proposals must be made on the forms provided in the Request for Proposal, or a copy thereof.
The Miami Valley Fire District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder whose proposal is deemed most favorable to the Miami Valley Fire District.
