OHIO REVISED CODE

Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 provides that certain records maintained by Miami Valley Fire District must be available for inspection and, upon request, be copied by the District, in order to ensure that your request for the review and duplication of public records is processed accurately and promptly.

Please fill out the Public Records Request form and return it to Miami Valley Fire District.  If you are unable to view the document, please contact Miami Valley Fire District Headquarters.  A printed version of the document may be picked up in person.
